When a body needs change, the medics need to visualise the structures and connections - to test the current function and to identify what can be improved. 

​So it is with organisational change - we need to understand the anatomy of the organisation, the flows of information, value and benefit that exist already before we make any changes.


We need to establish what changes are going to make improvements and what is at stake if we don't achieve our intent but have changed the structure, muscle and communication.

Determining the anatomy of the organisation is the first step in understanding the case for change and what strategic initiatives are likely to be effective.

We work alongside you and your team to visualise your business through some simple but effective tests, identify where there are problems to be solved or areas for improvement and define our provisional diagnosis with you.

Once we have enough of a baseline, we move on to investigating the Case for Change.
