Once we have achieved the 'to-be' anatomy, we need to stabilise the changes, embed them into the organisation and refine our self-awareness.​



We review the changes for completeness, monitor how they have been immediately effective and learn to make the most of them.

This is a time of improving our understanding of what is now possible, identifying flow-on benefits that we may not have identified before and ensuring that the changed anatomy is really working well.

We spot-check elements of the change and make small continuous improvements. Once we have embedded the change and updated our business/corporate knowledge we can really focus on the next stage (graduation) where we achieve the majority of the benefits of the change.
